State Department “Spy Scandal” Looms

Senator Barack Obama’s passport file has been accessed by three different contract workers without authorization through State Department computers. Breaches occurred January 9, February 21 and March 14. Strangely, only lower-level personnel and mid-level managers at the State Department seem to have known anything about the breach until March 20.
