Monument USA: A New Country Club Prison

Welcome to the new Cook County Correctional Center in Chicago, Illinois, a monument to government spending in President Obama’s home state, and where prisoners get an enforced resort vacation in bad company. This is just another example of fiscal stimulus, and a place where they put unfortunately convicted politicians, no doubt.
